Do I need a ticket to perform at MY WORD Open Mic?
Yes, all performers must have a valid ticket to take part. Book your ticket now to secure your spot.
Will I receive a confirmation email after booking?
No confirmation email is sent. Your name will be added to the list at the door. Arrive early to ensure your place on the lineup.
How much time will I have to perform?
Each performer is given 5 minutes of stage time. Make it count!
Can I perform with music or backing tracks?
Absolutely! You’re welcome to use music or backing tracks. Please bring your audio on a USB stick (16-bit MP3 format) in a folder labeled “MY WORD.” An amp is also available for musicians.
Is the venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes, Grow Hackney offers step-free access throughout the venue. For any extra assistance, it’s best to contact the venue directly before the event.
